Normally companies fall to OR below the share offering price however, in this case and given the current market sentiment this has not happened with TOE.
I anticipate this will continue to hold at the 9 cent wall which has happened in the last 3 months.
bruham - If you wait for TOE to drop "below" 8 cents as you put it, then you will have no choice but to buy at 0.16c in 3 months time at a minimum.
