I'm out of AVQ as of yesterday. It's been a long ride, 4 or 5 years but I always thought the CoA would be the making or breaking of the company. It wasn't an outright loss, but I can see this now being a long drawn out process with hidden obstacles being thrown up (which we have started to see with that article posted in the other thread). It's a disappointing result after the High Court victory.
It's been a learning experience. I've voiced my displeasure on here before about the huge salaries and the CR's at the expense of smaller shareholders that benefit a select few, and I think its fair to say there'll be a few more CR's in the coming months to protect those salaries, the cash burn is not good with this company. Anyway, that's not a worry I'll have now.
If/when they eventually get a ML I'll probably be back, the resource is a good one. Hopefully AVQ can survive until then.
