I reckon many holders are waiting like you until as close as possible to the close date before committing.
IMO, there's zero chance of CNBC agreement before SPP closes ... but will be interesting to see what ( if any ) further announcements come out over the next couple of weeks, to possibly impact investor sentiment and decision-making.
