    out of curiosity have you noticed the decline in RoE in WBC over the last 10yrs.

    With low interest rates crunching bank margins,
    I think there has been a permanent step down in bank valuations which will be reflected in share prices.

    therefore get ready for permanently lower bank share prices compared to their historic prices
