I don't think the announcement regarding the SPP has caused the price to retrace. The announcement came out yesterday but the sell off began on Tuesday after it's high of 18 cents. From what I can see it is purely profit taking as the gains have been substantial over the last few weeks. A decline in volume during this sell off is confirmation also. I would be looking for a strong consolidation with an increase in volume over the next few days pushing the price above where it is now, possibly testing the 18 cent high.
