You obviously feel very strongly about this, so why weren't you there to put your view to management?
I was there & voted in favour of the alteration (in spite of sitting on paper losses).
JDB is not the old management, and has worked extraordinarily hard to turn around a previously badly managed company. AS has also only been Chairman since March.
I may still "do my money", but will know that it will not be for lack of management trying.
