How have you come to the conclusion that the funds are needed to "remain viable". Look at the chairman's address again...
"This will give the company the ability to increase its working capital to keep pace with our sales and marketing effort and to gear-up our production capability to a higher level of sales."
Oh yeah, and then there's the bit about being "cash flow positive during FY2008".
Continue to embellish if it gives you a heightened sense of importance.
