this closing date of 20.12.07 is a bit too close for comfort. i am in narooma nsw , at least 3 days each way from perth wa. thats 6 days taken up by mail.
not much time to spare to allow for inadvertant delays in the mail, which has happened on previous occasions.
i think in their inexperience, they have rushed this a bit to get it closed before xmas. it may backfire on them with missed monies coming in late.
some shareholders may "kick up" about it.
i dont suppose they care for the mug shareholder tho, the funding broker will take up the surplus.,and the company will still get their money
