    I can't see how there could be aq scale back guys...correct me if I'm looking at it wrong.

    approx 5,000 shareholders & max $5k = $2,500,000 which falls below the $3,000,000 limit....on top of that those that bought in the plan in Feb, reduces the probability even further.
