If you look at your letter of offer it will have a Biller Code 329482. When you enter that code you ask to validate it and when you do it will come up as "Automic" as they receive the funds on behalf of TLG.
Then you enter your unique Reference Number on your letter of offer which appears on their bank statement and identifies you with the money you have sent to them. You just need to decide how much $$$$ to send.
If you look at your letter of offer it will have a Biller Code...
