I'm just wondering who will be buying NOV shares from the SPP at .55 cents when you can currently buy them now at .51 cents on the market.
I am considering it just for the company but it is almost 10% cheaper at market prices without brokerage.
It is bad timing for NOV that the SP has dropped below the SPP price.
Any thoughts on how this will go?
