Come August if there is news and interest grows, has the potential to rise above 55c then SPP could become over subscribed. I expect sp to sit 50-57c until post SPP. Safe, low risk entry for new holders, with previous sellers at 70+ re entering. Thus allowing higher, more sustainable highs in August. It's really a non issue from my POV. Companies often cop slack for not allowing a SPP to holders and have probably just offered this in good will to the market.
