11.5 cents is a very cheap entry point. That is the only reason to take up the issue.
Others may not want to spend their funds on this stock as they have other that they consider a better option
If the price falls below 11.5 cents then logic says dont take up the SPP but buy on market if you want to buy.
Still nearly 3 weeks to the issue closes.
The market price will determine what happens
