To me it is a good deal.
1. I have looking for an opportunity to increase my holding in this company as; it has been one of the few in green throughout this market turmoil.
2. The discount is good as even on a down day the price is at $40.60 (+ no brokerage).
3.I am happy with the size of the parcel(s).
This is a great company and when I retested, passes all FA I could throw at it, except perhaps high PE, but that is accepted with such a company.
