Well to pay by BPAY tomorrow, you have to do with your bank by 6 PM Monday.
If you pay by BPAY tomorrow, your bank won't process it until after 6 PM tomorrow, which is after the CSL deadline.
Thats my understanding of how BPAY works, anyhow.
Now if CSL really needs your money, they might accept it though the interbank system on Tuesday night. But they won't be getting it before 5 PM
