Equally clear an indication is the interest demonstrated by those not deemed in the 9.8%. Where did they come from?

A major boon at this point in time for anyone still holding. Large increases in interest at this time might demonstrate many were simply waiting for a chance to get in... and there likely wont be any chance again soon within the 4-5 range.

Well done to Coby and the crew in navigating an overwhelmingly positive raise. Some of the finer grammatical points made by recent statements are very much eluding to some really big agreements on the way.
