Did anyone else have an issue with their bank taking a fee from their payment? My bank charged me fees for transfer, however, subsequently there was an additional $10 charged, apparently by an "intermediary bank". This meant my parcel went from $5,000 to $4,990 so I was scaled back to the $2,500 parcel as it was an incorrect parcel amount.
Very frustrating and I am wondering if there is anything I can do to hold the bank accountable for the additional charge? Ultimately I would only like my 443 shares I missed out on, but these are no longer worth $5.00..
