Let me give you some confort, that you are not doing that bad.
I request to roll-over my Super into my SMSF during March, they confirmed that they have rolled over and will take 10 to 15 business days to get my fund, which is well before cut off for participating in SPP and I am still waiting.
They have given a wrong ABN and transferred the fund and the money was sitting with ATO this long and I haven't received my funds yet. Guess the amount of headache I am going through. I even dont know how to claim my loss due to their mismanagement of information.
But the positive side, the share price now is just a pip in the grand scheme of things. So when ever I get my fund, I'll purchase at what ever price at the moment. Good luck to you.
