I've probably held more in the past than you ever will. The fact that I don't hold now is relevant in my humble opinion. If you are not prepared to listen to the experience of others then be prepared to gain experience the hard and costly way. Had someone erxplained to me the habits of the staff and board I may have saved myself a great deal of money on this one.
