colquhoun....Yes true...the magical word"if" They have 28 days then to get a wriggle on then if they want people to take up the SPP.
No one is complaining its just that there is no evidence yet of it happening, despite there stiil being 28 days left, but like u said a lot can happen in a month.
And I personally have picked up more at 6.4, rather than 7.0., makes sense to me and I wasn't restrickted or scaled back, so Im happy!!!
