Looks like quite a few speculative holders who were holding out for some discounted shares have dumped their holdings, based on the rules of the SPP - can't say I blame them...
1) Maybe up to $15,000 per application, but if every shareholder takes up and it is limited to $1.5M, that is $468 per application!!
2) The scaleback rules are too flaky....maybe first-come, first-served, maybe on time as a shareholder, maybe pro-rata

Lots of 'maybes'....... also interesting reading as to who has been involved in the private placements over the past few months...
