Given the upper limit of $1.5m, the issue is do you really want to tie up $15k until the end of the spp? It appears that there will be a significant scaleback if many shareholders apply.

Maybe there is a better chance of getting good volume buys at 1.6-1.7cents at the momment. While it was my intention to take up the spp (as I figured more cash would help the company), I really am considering the opportunity cost of doing so.
