    SALT is backing TSN by providing and JV the development ..sales .promotion of the Mobile Bill payments platform ..WHY ???
    TSN help SALT to get into INDIA marketplace ..thru TSNs Banking relationships and ATM business contacts and the reputation TSN has built amongst consumers there in INDIA

    also to seal the deal and synergies TSN is tacking shares in SALT ...

    TSN will not need cash anytime soon ..its a win win for all parties .. so all will contribute and support this initiative in MBP
