Given a relatively low number of shares on issue, it amazes me the selling that keeps coming at these low levels. Maybe cappers working well to allow cheap accumulation, more likely shares coming from recent issue.
I think ALA could have been smarter with fund raising. Sure it's nice to have the cash but with a smaller initial raising, they could have raised second $3m at higher prices for much less dilution. Not sure what the Bell Potter boys on the board are up to...but they don't appear to be buying it. They need to get some micro cap instos on board to absorb the cheap selling.
The option issue was for loyalty and then they give it to all the new investors under cap raising?
Also surprises me that 3 of 4 directors really don't have much skin in the game at all. You can get as much exposure as those three in total by buying $20K of ALAO.
They need to manage their share register much better IMO.
