Yeah, looks like the shares were ported over from CHESS to Automic, but you haven’t registered your ANS shares to your name via ID#/HIN/SRN. You have to link those 200,000 to your name. They are currently in limbo. That’s why the balance is zero. There are plentiful posts on this elsewhere. Call Automic and ask without delay…you are running out of time.

When they get moved to Advanced, I guess you could do the same there.
