Further to my post on 31/12/2018, advice is the Deed Administrator can bring into effect the creditor's deed, in that all creditors who have a claim in the administration will have their debt extinguished and released.
The eventuality is that the company is released back to the director and it is a matter for the director to determine the future prospects for shareholders.
