    No, that’s not right. Between 18 Sept and Oct 24, top 20 shows a decrease of 1,322,316. You will recall the top 20 of 18 Sept report had two holders at position 20 with 2,000,000 each so technically that top 20 was inflated because the 2nd parcel of 2,000,000 was really position 21!
