I am not a technical guru but after looking at some Fibbo retracement levels, I come up with the following:

From the low in April @ 7.2 to the recent high of 16 we have had a move of 8.8 cents.

38.2% level brings us back to 12.5
50 % level brings us back to 11.5

I think that yesterdays low at 12 satisfies these retracement levels.

We should see the stock firm up from here.
