Worst case (and improbable) scenario, SGH Management were privvy to transgressions (some of which may not yet be revealed publicly) hence bring down SP to much lower levels (as we all know how Mr. Market 'reacts')...plus not to be forgotten referendum in Greece and possible impacts on the general market.

Best case: imminent public announce absolving SGH from complicit involvement and no new anomalies of accounting.

More important, IMO, the 'most probable scenario': some more time required for regulatory authorities to ENSURE no new revelations and/or breaches (thus eventual announcement SGH was not involved in such transgressions), followed quickly by a rebound to more 'reasonable' valuations of SP. (Although Greece and/or China could impact upon any stock in any market).

Let's also not forget the potential for SGH to take action against any sources (funds?) which wiped off so much of its value...and as importantly...impacted severely on its "reputation".

** Hence, those confident that Slater and Gordon will be eventually absolved may benefit by buying in or accumulating at most appropriate discount levels at recent prices.
