I do find it incredible that the new board says in defence of share sale " they had no contact with NN". So are they telling me at no time did they try to negotiate a deal for Xtoll. So what were they doing? Surely we elected them to do this, as it was percieved the old guard was not getting us a good deal. My source tells me that NN told new board that they would not do a deal with this new board. Maybe my source is mistaken, or.......................

Facts are there was big spike in price Friday 13th Jan 28% in fact, yet no where near the volume of 1.3m pre NN announcement. It is all very intersting.

I just look at numbers and things just do not add up. Also if CBIO is in discussions re new deal, where is the announcement?
