I don't know a great deal about the structure of the company, but they have sold off some of it to us,
I don't think there is no turning back, eventually it will end up a public company at some point.
You cant be half pregnant.
So why don't they sell off more of the company to us, admit the mistake,
let the farmers off the hook with the funds from the issue and move forward.
