    I dont think so dion. They mention this will free them of any litigation regarding Sino. I doubt that would be the case if they proceeded to aquire it. It looks to me, they are packing their bags and leaving Fin, so there is no legal wrangling for months and months, and they can use the funds towards their Aussie operations.
