The company currently has 15,397,495 issued shares, placing it in the lowest quartile of all ASX-listed companies based on number of issued shares.

Statistics fail. There will always be 25% of companies in the lowest quartile. That factoid is not, in itself, a reason to take any type of action.

The share split is intended to benefit shareholders by increasing the liquidity of the company’s shares and increasing the affordability to retail investors.

What a load of horse apples! Since the minimum purchase is $500 for a retail investor, you can buy 45 shares for $508.50 or 450 for $508.50.

It appears an investment banker has been sweet talking the company into paying him/her a fat fee for doing absolutely nothing.
