"If the four [4] for one [1] share split is approved the proposed timetable is:

6 March 2008 General Meeting of shareholders to approve share split
7 March 2008 First day of trading in the reorganised shares (on a deferred
settlement basis)
20 March 2008 Last day for RMA Energy to send holding statements to each
shareholder and option holder
25 March 2008 Normal trading in reorganised shares on a T + 3 basis"

The meeting will be held level 4/ 16 St Georges Tce, Perth at 10am.
