There certainly are alot of books out there. I like Daryl Guppy's books.

Scratch most shareholders and they will all recommend a different book.

A few that seem to pop up in recommended lists are
"Trading for a Living" by Elder
"One Up on Wall Street" by Lynch
    "New Market Wizards" by Schwager
Note that these are not my personal recommendations, just titles that appear alot.

If you like Marcus Padley's articles in the SMH, he also has a book out which is basically a compendium of previously published items.

Just reading "Bulls, Bears and a Croupier" by Matthew Kidman and finding it easy going.

Plenty of books, magazines, utube videos and web articles to read, whatever works for you.

Have been recently buying off fleabay and also from Booktopia who have a flat $6.50 shipping per order.
