Weekend AFR had an interesting article about an out of print book written back in 1991 "Margin of Safety". Written by Seth Klarman, a 55yo head of $22bn Boston hedge fund, Baupost.
Apparently he keeps a low profile and refuses to allow reprints of the book. They say it can fetch up to $2000 on ebay with people searching for clues to his success.
Anyone read it, or know anything about him and his strategies? Won't ask if anyone owns it, cos am sure you would have already sold it on ebay!
