I'm in the same boat. Its disgusting and it has led to all our capital loss as we could have all bailed (and I definitely would have) much earlier. NObody wants to help and commsec says their hands are tied if the US end knocks it back. COmplete silence from Biota.
If I was a richer man not just an ordinary working stiff, I would have a crack at organising some kind of class action at the disgusting way we've been treated.
