Turnover in CTM from 29/04/22 to 12/07/22 has been 70868942 shares or 16.6% of SOI. The SP has fallen from $1.40 to $0.87.
Why?
Possible reasons
1. Overall market has declined
2. Nickel price has dropped
3. Bot trading forcing down SP? Shaking trees and or ulterior motive?
4. Has CTM issued poor news to substantiate declining SP? No
5 Any other reasons. I don't know. Suggestions needed.
There hasn't been disclosure notices from significant SHs.
My concern is that there is potential for a less than fair value buyout of CTM.
If you are as concerned as myself we could have a loose arrangement where we could vote our shares in a block to thwart any such possibility. We are aware that the board are working on an updated MRE. It would be criminal if a third party or parties made3 a raid on CTM.
