I purchased a stake in BND today on the basis of it's Bowen Basin assets.
It has an absolutely fantastic cash position, attractive projects (Bowen Basin mainly) and port allocation. Now it's time for the waiting game to hopefully see Bandanna achieve Joint Venture agreements/another form of transaction.
I'm not sure what my sentiment is really, other than buy. I like the mid-long term prospects, however if a short-term rally came our way I wouldn't say no to a quick profit.
Burntgamber, you asked "why wouldn't investors leverage their house and buy the stock"?
Well simply put doing that too any share is probably not a good idea, let alone a speculative share like BND.
As the saying goes, it's important that investors invest only as much as they are willing to lose.
