Possibly you will not appeciate but here is some new information

According to NPM annual report 2023 pages 36-37

it is Fairground Pty Ltd which gave the loan of 200 000 with
12 % interest




and 1 billion LKO shares as guarantee.




Fairground is said to be a not a related party of NPM, first clip above.

And it is a major shareholder;




According to an older release Fairground is owned by
Neil Francis Stuart




Stuart is a former director of the NewPeak/Dark Horse.
With Fairground he is 3rd largest owner
He also underwrote the entitlement offer of NPM by 500 000 AUD.

So this is an interesting semi-insider deal
and tells how the insiders value the assets of the company.
Stuart was doing the Argentinian businesses but does not consider these as assets?
