I cant quite work out why anyone is paying .007 for these shares given that the $18m cap raising is being done at 20 cents on a post consolidation basis. This equates to buying them for 28 cents. While I think this may do well, I really cant see a 20% increase in the share price or even a 10% increase (which is what the bid at .006 infers) in the very short term.
The only value I see is at the raising price of .005 (or 20 cents post the 40:1 consol). As with most larger raisings I would expect the shares to hover around the 20 cent mark for a bit before any direction is apparent.
I cant quite work out why anyone is paying .007 for these shares...
