"Soul Pat seems to be the big seller, What do they know that we dont"
According to the ASX Announcement, SOL sold less than 1m shares, from their 22.7m holding, so around 5%. This is over a 12 month period. So they are hardly "the big seller".

No idea why. But with the share price being around the same price as their cash plus listed investments, there appears to be significant upside as it is putting a near-zero value on all of their private investments. BTI management has good long term performance and if you hold shares in BTI you are putting faith in the management team to do the right deals.
