I have only started reading this property forum after 2-3 years of daily reading of the ASX stock forum and one thing I have noticed immediately is the difference in the level of courtesy shown by posters.
In the ASX forums, levels of personal abuse are lower and a greater tolerance of perspectives evident.
Moderators seem to take a greater hand in it though so this may account for overall politeness.
Just my observation. If any conclusions between stock investors and property investors can be drawn from it I don't know.
