    The only thing that is absolute crap there alberg is your last comment as you have ZERO objectivity due to your hell bent attitude against all things property investment related. If writing BS makes you a real-estate agent then you must be the king of real-estate agents. There are plenty of risks in all investment classes but you only see the ones in the investment classes you do not support. The vast majority of risks can be managed or aren't as big a risk as many perceive.
