Your posts are dribble, and have no importance what so ever, in relation to current market conditions, given the Australian property market is going into a very large substantial correction phase for a very long while.. Australia can crash like any other major property market in the world, whether its Ireland, USA, Spain, UK, DUbai, etc etc And most people on this forum will back me up..
