If you can't see that this man is nothing but vermin who ought to be exterminated once and for all then there's something wrong with your understanding of citizenship. You can't be robbing the elderly -or anyone for that matter- legally. If that's the case then there's definitely something wrong with the laws of the land, being a haven for con-artists and crooks rather than hard-working citizens. It is no fun losing all your savings at that age.
