The term share washing emerged from an ATO ruling 3 months after the ALP was elected 3 yrs ago. So you don't have to think too far to realise who the KRudds are that are behind this.
How can it be enforced ?
You sell a share and you buy back the next time the company makes an announcement to the market. Company circumstances have changed and you are just re-evaluating your holdings so you decide to buy more. Does this work? Who knows !!!
