Thats correct the demerger means in theory a drop of 50 cents.
FFX still has 20% of LLL too which at 70 cents is worth around 10 cents per share to FFX.
So if FFX opens at 37 cents the gold will be valued at a very measly 27 cents per share assuming LLL opens flat at 70 cents.
