    how? We don’t get 1:1 LLL.
    If LLL was worth 70c, we only receive 50c of that value on a per FFX share basis. (70/1.4).
    So current price 36c + 50c value in LLL = 86c in yesterdays world.

    Sorry if I’ve screwed that up, but that’s my understanding atm.
