Just wondering if anyone has ant news on this subscription tool. I've been using for a few years & pretty happy. Site has been down for a few months following my annual renewal (no cheap). In my opinion, general communication to subscribers has been terrible. Only communication via phoning is we are doing our best to get back up on line. 3 months now!! no access.
